1. Who We Are

DRVGrowth is a trading name providing done-for-you outbound pipeline services for B2B service business founders.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, DRVGrowth is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at privacy@drvgrowth.co.uk.

2. Data We Collect About You

When you book a call via Calendly, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you provide in the booking form. This is necessary to arrange and conduct the call.

When you browse this website, Google Analytics collects information about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/region), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our service: business details, ICP criteria, and contact information for the purpose of campaign management.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data

PurposeLegal basis
Responding to a call booking or enquiry Legitimate interests (to respond to your request)
Delivering the service to clients Performance of a contract
Website analytics via Google Analytics Legitimate interests (to understand how our website is used and improve it)
Sending service-related communications Performance of a contract / legitimate interests
Complying with legal obligations Legal obligation

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Prospect Data — Our Outbound Service

As part of the services we provide to clients, we source and process B2B contact data — names, business email addresses, job titles, and company information — from publicly available professional databases (including Apollo and Clay).

Legal basis for B2B cold email outreach: Legitimate interests under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), consistent with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) which permit unsolicited B2B email to corporate email addresses where there is a genuine business reason for contact.

We conduct a legitimate interests assessment for each client campaign and ensure that outreach is targeted, relevant, and includes a clear and easy opt-out mechanism in every email.

If you have received a cold email through a DRVGrowth campaign and would like to be removed from that campaign's list, you can reply to the email with "unsubscribe" or contact us at privacy@drvgrowth.co.uk. We will remove you promptly and add you to a permanent suppression list.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Calendly, our call booking tool, may also set cookies when you interact with the booking widget. Their privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any cookies that track you across other websites.

All third-party processors are required to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

8. International Transfers

Some of the third-party tools we use (including Google and Calendly) process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — either adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent mechanisms recognised under UK data protection law.
